“Vamos a Tucson” Mexican Baseball Fiesta
This past weekend’s Vamos a Tucson Mexican Baseball Fiesta could be the first of more to come. At the northeast corner of the Santa Cruz River and West Congress Street are several monoliths and the freeway frontage road.

The weekend of beisbol is a project between the Tucson Padres and various Tucson organizations, including the Metropolitan Tucson Convention & Visitors Bureau. Roberto Osuna signs with Blue Jays
The Blue Jays announced the signing of Mexican righthander Roberto Osuna.
Osuna who is the nephew of righthander Antonio Osuna, the guy who pitched 500 innings from 1995-2005, mostly with the dodgers.
Roberto represented Mexico in Lagos de Moreno, at the 16-and-under COPABE Pan American championship last October.
